To get the best results, export your mix as a high-quality WAV or AIFF file (24-bit or 32-bit, at the original sample rate). Keep the master output free of clipping and remove any limiters or excessive compression. Leave 3-6dB of headroom to allow for proper mastering adjustments. If in doubt, send your mix as is, and we’ll guide you!

We deliver all final masters as high-quality WAV files. The sample rate and bit depth of your master will match the source file you provide — most commonly 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz at 16-bit or 24-bit. If you need a specific format, just let us know when placing your order. We will also provide you with a 320 Kbps .mp3 file version.

Yes — we offer two free revisions, although most clients are happy with the first version. If there’s anything you’d like adjusted, we’re always happy to fine-tune it to your preference.
